These Terms of Service apply to use of the Nora Lane Home website, product pages, cart, checkout, support forms, account tools, and customer communications. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked in the footer.
Nora Lane Home may update these terms as the store, checkout tools, support process, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
Website and product information
We work to show accurate product titles, photos, descriptions, dimensions, materials, prices, stock status, and delivery information. Minor color, texture, finish, grain, and measurement variation may occur because screens, lighting, photography, materials, and manufacturing lots vary.
Customers should review every available product image, listed dimensions, material notes, quantity, cart, and delivery path before placing an order.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Standard furniture purchases are one-time purchases and do not create a subscription or recurring charge. The cart and checkout display product quantity, subtotal, available shipping information, and order total before purchase.
Checkout may be handled through WooCommerce and the active payment provider. Accepted payment methods may include major credit and debit cards, Link, Google Pay where available, Klarna where available, and any other method shown by the payment provider in checkout. The customer is responsible for entering accurate billing, delivery, contact, and order information.
An order is accepted only after payment, stock review, fraud review, address review, and fulfillment confirmation. We may contact you if stock, address, delivery path, product eligibility, or payment status needs review before fulfillment.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, and return authorization are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation requests should be sent quickly. Once fulfillment or carrier processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
Customer responsibilities
- Review dimensions, finish, materials, quantity, and product images before checkout.
- Measure doorways, hallways, stairs, elevators, and placement areas for oversized furniture.
- Keep packaging and take photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Contact support before sending any return back.
Support and dispute resolution
If there is a product, delivery, payment, return, or order issue, contact Nora Lane Home Support first with the order number and evidence. We aim to review support requests within 24 hours on business days.
Most issues are resolved through support review, replacement parts, replacement shipment, return authorization, refund review, or payment-provider review. Please give support the opportunity to review the order record, photos, carrier details, and payment timeline before filing external claims.
