Delivery information
Nora Lane Home ships furniture to customers in the United States. We work to make the delivery path clear before checkout by showing product photos, dimensions, stock status, price, cart, order review, and customer support links in visible places.
All orders are reviewed for payment status, delivery address, product availability, item size, and oversized furniture notes before fulfillment begins. Some orders may ship in more than one package or from more than one location, so tracking details may appear separately.
Processing and transit
Orders are usually reviewed and prepared within 1 to 5 business days after payment is received. Carrier transit usually takes 3 to 14 business days after shipment handoff, depending on destination, product size, weather, carrier capacity, and local delivery appointment availability.
Delivery dates shown on product pages, emails, or carrier pages are estimates. We will share tracking information when the carrier or warehouse provides it.
Shipping fees and locations
Shipping eligibility and any available shipping charge are shown in the cart or checkout before an order is placed, or confirmed during order review if the address or oversized furniture details need manual review. Prices are shown in USD. Nora Lane Home currently focuses on United States delivery and does not offer standard international shipping unless support confirms the product and destination before checkout.
If a delivery address is not serviceable, if a freight-style appointment is required, or if an item needs additional review, support may contact you before fulfillment.
Order total before purchase
The cart and checkout display product price, quantity, subtotal, available shipping information, and total before the Place Order button. Nora Lane Home does not use subscriptions or recurring billing for standard furniture purchases. Any optional payment method, wallet, or financing option appears only when the active payment provider makes it available in checkout.
Large furniture delivery
Many furniture items are oversized parcels or freight-style deliveries. Please check that the item and packaging can move through doorways, hallways, elevators, stairs, and the final room before placing an order.
- Measure doorway width, stair turns, hallway clearance, elevator dimensions, and placement area.
- Protect floors, walls, and surrounding furniture before delivery.
- Delivery teams and carriers may not move existing furniture, remove old furniture, assemble items, or carry items beyond the service level available for the shipment.
Receiving items
Inspect the shipment as soon as it arrives. If a carton is visibly damaged, take photos before opening and keep the packaging until the issue is resolved. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact support within 3 days of delivery with the order number, full product photos, close-up issue photos, packaging photos, and shipping label photos.
Do not dispose of packaging until support confirms the next step, because carriers may require packaging evidence for a damage review.
Tracking and delivery issues
Use the Track Order page or contact support if tracking has not updated, if the delivery address needs review, or if a package appears delayed or damaged. Address changes may not be possible after processing begins.
